Kick off: 14.00
Our Kit Colours: Yellow/Royal Blue tops. Blue shorts. Yellow socks
Goalkeeper kit: Green
Please inform me of any kit clashes and we can resolve them.
We politely ask that all teams warm up off the pitch please.
The away changing room is on the far side of the building, a key will be provided for the changing room it will be left in the second door. Please keep hold of the key to lock up your personal items while your using the changing rooms and leave it back in the door when you done.
The referee’s room is through the main door of the pavilion with its own shower, again a key will be provided and we ask that it is left in the door when your finished.
The Referee may go to the bar at half time and again at full time for any refreshments they would like free of charge.
Please can the referee confirm weather the would like cash on the day or a bank transfer. If a transfer is wanted please forward your bank details in reply to this match confirmation also be aware money will be transferred on the Monday after the game when the Club Treasurer is working.
We do not transfer money before games are played encase of postponements. And are Treasurer does not access the club bank account at weekends so payment is made on Monday Mornings.
Half time/ Full time refreshments provided for all away teams.
We invite you to stay for a drink after the game in our clubhouse where we also serve a variety of hot and cold snacks
In the event that the weather is bad on match days we will aim to inspect the pitch by 10am at the latest and make a call on its playability to save the opposition and the Referee a wasted journey.
Please may I ask that you forward this to your manager/coach so the have all the info they need on the day.
