U12s Titans ran out 2-1 winners at Meadowbank Stadium last Saturday in an entertaining, end to end game against Reigate Priory Buzzards. Titans started the better of the two teams but were caught out on the break to go 0-1 down after 15 mins. However after a couple of near misses, Callum levelled the scores before half-time with a neat finish after a smart Rufus through ball.

Titans came out fast in the 2nd half and were well on top with Monty, Gunther and Callum all going close before Monty drove into the bottom corner from the edge of the box. Reigate came back strongly and the last 10 minutes could have seen more goals for both teams. However Titans battled through the last few minutes to seal the win with an excellent all round team performance with Monty collecting the Player of the Match award.
